How We Work
When someone calls your local phone number, the call can be automatically forwarded to us.
We offer an customized online appointment calendar for your clients/customers can schedule their own appointment.
Or we can answer the phone with the name of your practice or business.
Our knowledge about your business will allow our operators to answer the caller's questions using information you provide us.
Appointments are scheduled based upon your directions. We team with your staff and utilize the internet calendar we provide for scheduling appointments.
If the caller needs to talk to you or your staff, we transfer the caller to whatever number you specify. It can be a backline, mobile phone, or to a private voice mailbox.
We can schedule appointments for multiple doctors located at different offices.
Callers will specify if they are calling about scheduling an appointment or another matter. All appointment calls then come to us to handle. Two other approaches are:
"Overflow Service" - When your staff is on the phone, with a patient, or at lunch, calls are forwarded to us.
"Staff Vacation & Illness Coverage" - Calls are only forwarded to us when you haveone or more employees out of the office.
